SAP Business One CRM & Dealer Portals for Manufacturers
Leads, quotations, deliveries, customer ledgers, QC certificates, and dealer incentive schemes in one portal that posts to SAP Business One — so sales does not live in WhatsApp while finance lives in ERP.
CRM that posts to SAP — not a second system of record
We build manufacturing sales portals on SAP B1 item, BP, and A/R data. This is not Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Dealers log in to place orders, see outstanding, download statements, and view active schemes; your team manages quotations and deliveries against the same SAP documents.
- Lead and quotation management linked to SAP BPs
- Sales order and delivery tracking from the portal
- Customer ledger and payment history from SAP A/R
- Quality certificate repository against deliveries
- Dealer scheme and incentive calculation on SAP sales
Common challenges we solve
- Dealers WhatsApp for outstanding and scheme status
- Sales schemes calculated in Excel after month-end
- Quotations never become SAP sales orders cleanly
- QC certificates emailed separately from dispatch
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a standalone CRM product?
No. It is a web portal and workflow layer on SAP Business One sales, CRM, and A/R modules. SAP remains the system of record.
Can distributors place orders themselves?
Yes. Role-based dealer login for orders, account statements, delivery status, and active schemes — with postings to SAP B1.
Do you implement Salesforce or Zoho?
No. We integrate manufacturing sales and dealer networks with SAP Business One. If you already run a third-party CRM, we can discuss SAP posting — we do not resell those platforms.
Can AI use this CRM data?
Yes. Outstanding risk and scheme leakage models can read SAP A/R plus portal activity. See our AI on SAP B1 page for manufacturing use cases.
